Our fun version of a classic snack. These totopos (corn chips) are made of non-GMO heirloom corn . They have a hint of salt, and a round shape? Yes, for two reasons. No more sharp edges that could injure your mouth. Second, they will fit into almost any salsa jar!
 
The color of totopos will vary depending of the corn we have in stock. We nixtamalize blue, white, yellow and red corn for these.
